Agulia de Osa Inn is a charming Drake Bay located high bluff dwelling that is strategically nestled on the extension of the Corcovado National Reserve in Costa Rica’s famed Osa Peninsula. From guided nature hiking tours of the Corcovado National Park (there is also a VIP tour that flies visitors to the Sirena Biological Station by plane) to a Cano Island tour (witness the rich marine biological wonders of the island with a thrilling snorkeling session), visitors have plenty to do during their stay the eco-lodge. Scuba diving in the clear waters around Cano Island Biological Reserve (to observe majestic coral treasures, vivid reef fish schools and unusual rock formations) is another popular tourist activity in the region. In addition to this, the inn also organizes spectacular whale and dolphin watching boat tours, canopy tours (traversing across the jungle using a safety harness) for the ones with a penchant for adventure, night wildlife spotting tours and half day horseback riding tours (gallop through secluded beaches and primary rainforests to verdant hilltops for striking views of the ocean and waterfalls tucked away in the jungles).

Aguila de Osa Inn offers 2 suites and 11 deluxe rooms, which are all spacious, comfortable and elegant furnished with a mix of rustic and well-appointed elements. Each room is bifurcated into three clusters (which are designed to offer broad views of the tropical rainforest) and features stylish Italian tile bathrooms, quaint cathedral –style ceiling, ceiling fans, hand-made décor, canopy beds, 24 hour electricity, UV treated drinking water and hot water. All windows are mesh covered to ensure the omnipresence of the region’s pleasant tropical breeze.


The rates during high season for single and double occupancy arrangement are $ 556 USD and $ 465 USD (per person for 2 nights) respectively. The rate per night above 5 nights goes to $ 238 USD and $ 190 USD for single and double occupancy respectively. Rates include all required transfers from Palmar Sur to Drake Bay airports, lodging, all meals and taxes.
